Inspired…or was it in the genes ?

I was born into a family with music in its genes. I had great grandmothers that played piano, banjo and harmonica, a grandfather and grandmother who played piano, French horn and my father, who was the true professional musician of the family. He played everything to an extent but brass instruments and voice were his most developed. More importantly, he shared and taught his love of music all his life. I humbly followed, doing what I could without getting too formal.

This section could be marketing – but, I never was any good at self promotion. Still, I can share where I came from and what seemed to work together in the universe to get me playing music and writing it too.

Something moving my spirit to sing.
